About Me
I am a recent computer science graduate with a passion for data science and artificial intelligence. I have a strong background in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, C, C#, and Data Structures. I am also familiar with cloud technologies like IBM Cloud and Google Cloud, and have experience using source control tools like GitHub. My skills in machine learning and data science tools such as Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Jupyter Notebooks, IBM Watson Studio, and Google Colab make me a valuable asset to any team.
I have worked at IBM Data and AI as a Technical Writer intern for 16 months, where I researched and wrote end-user, administrator, and reference documentation for IBM’s suite of data science and artificial intelligence products (IBM Cloud Pak for Data). I also have experience in technical writing with tools like DITA, Markdown, Oxygen XML Author, VS Code, Camtasia, LaTeX.
I have also gained experience in customer service and sales during my tenure as an Apple specialist at Simply Computing, where I increased company sales by over 40% during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, I have served as an undergraduate teaching assistant mentoring students with programming languages (Java, C) and other undergraduate-level Computer Science courses.
